The medication I ordered is such that I needed it in a hurry - it came reasonably quickly but not quickly enough for this episode of illness. It is, however, valuable to have in case there is a next time!

Shame on Health Express - took the money, no follow up and ended up having to get help elsewhere. No refund despite request and product never arrived!!

I have only rated two stars because it was a week before I got my medication. I appreciate that I have a number of medical conditions that needed to be taken into account, but the back and forth of emails and then someone, who could not even pronounce the medical conditions he was asking me about, called me. I used the service because I believed it would be quicker and simpler than my GP as it is very difficult to even get through on the phone due to them booking COVID vaccinations at the moment. I needed medication for cystitis so it simply got worse and went on much longer than it needed to.I don’t think I will bother to use the service again

I didn’t receive my meds ! ? next day delivery is 4 day’s now from day i order!
